Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a VerraHomes error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days

Shipping charges may be deducted unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please complete a return and place a new order.
International Returns
For international orders:
